Why Children’s Messages?

We value worship as a core expression of who we are as disciples and who God is as the Almighty.  We love the uniqueness of generations of families, unified as a community adoring their one Father.  And children have a delightful sense of awe that is part of God’s kingdom here on earth.  This is why we are passionate about quality children’s messages as a consistent component of corporate worship.

A children’s message is a short talk given during worship to help children to connect with the message for the day.

Chilren’s Messages ;

• Are a congregational habit of consistently planting and nuturing God’s Word in the worship lives of children
• Welcome children into the worshipping community
• Teach God’s Word in the context of all the generations
• Enable the community of faith to help children experience the great cloud of witnesses that surrounds them
• Show that God’s Word is applicable to all ages and walks of life
• Goes beyond language to convey and transfer God’s living and active Spirit of grace
